Coach with me to get what you want out of your work-life.

How’s your work-life stacking up against what you thought it would be?

If you’re not waking up on a Monday, eager to get to work and start the week ahead, you and I need to talk.

I’m Rachel Hill, the Head Coach. I’ll help you play your mental A-game so that you get what you want from work.

About me

With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles and as a work-life coach, my speciality is working with people who want change. I work with people who feel undervalued, who are stressed, bullied or burnt out; those who are struggling to sleep at night because they’re overthinking, overworking or struggling with imposter syndrome; those who feel stuck in their careers - who are bored and want something different - something with meaning.

I will help you create your ideal work-life, your raison d’etre.

Early on in my management career, I discovered how to help people find meaning and be their best self at work. My passion for seeing people develop led me to change my focus from managing and leading, to mentoring and coaching others.
