Career Coaching
Career coaching teaches you how to improve your performance at work, increase your influence and become a better leader.
This style of coaching will position you to take on more challenging roles and opportunities. It invites you to look inside and discover your value; your innate wisdom, strengths, passion and purpose. The more you understand about yourself, the better your decisions will be and the more effectively you will motivate others to perform.
When to get a Coach
You don’t have to be a senior leader to benefit from career or leadership coaching.
During the sessions, your coach will act as your mentor, working through deep questioning, reflection and processes to help you develop your unique strengths. Together, you’ll grow a toolkit of skills that will empower you to succeed in all kinds of challenging situations.
Coaching is about personal growth and the development of your hidden potential. It will challenge you - what you believe about yourself, your limitations and what you can achieve. It will improve your relationships with your colleagues and open up opportunities for you to move into more challenging or senior roles.
The kind of development you gain from leadership coaching will not just benefit you at work. The skills you develop will come into play in many life situations, helping you to become more creative, flexible and influential in your personal life as well as professional.
As your coach, I’ll help you unlock your greatest potential and get you set up for success. I’ll teach you positive psychology and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniques, as well as the processes I developed from over 10 years of coaching.
I’ve helped hundreds find new jobs and turn their lives around, now it’s your turn. Together, we’ll work out a plan that’s unique to you, and we’ll outline the steps you need to take to get there.
In this next section, I outline my Leadership Coaching programme in more detail.

Client Reviews
“Rachel has mentored me so that I am able to confidently manage my team in my own style whilst growing the team to keep pace with the business expansion, without feeling overwhelmed. These days, I have the capability to deal with multiple staff members, all with unique and individual needs and talents. I have learned to create systems that support this as we have grown so I can delegate effectively. My team delivers to my expectations and are accountable for their performance. I am also able to supervise this efficiently and effectively.”

“Coaching helped me confront my inner critic. After one session on the topic, I felt more motivated and inspired - and had more faith in my abilities. That night I did something I had been putting off for years - because the voice that had always said I wouldn’t be able to do it was quiet for a change.
By focusing on my values when rewriting my beliefs, Rachel also helped me to see how important some of the things I had been putting off were to me and how big an effect this procrastination had on my wellbeing.
Now I’m less afraid to take on new opportunities, or to get up in the morning and get stuck into my work.” Read the full story.

“I’d highly recommend the Axiogenics Self Leadership course to others - there’s a whole toolbox to work through. When you put it all together, it’s a very empowering process and you have it forever. It wasn’t too hard to do the work - it was more about setting good practices in place. Though you would need to want to do it. I tend to be a very process-oriented person, and having the framework available and working through it made sense for me - I felt it set me up to be successful.”
